Welcome to TeralbaSugarloaf Scout Group

TeralbaSugarloaf Group offers various programs for young people aged 5 to 17 in Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts & Venturers. Our group provides the opportunities for personal growth, leadership development and skill acquisition through a variety of activities and programs.

We offer a wide range of fun and exciting activities, including camping, hiking, outdoor challenges, skill development, and community service. They also encourage participation in personal interests and hobbies.

The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people as individuals, responsible citizens, and valuable members of their communities. We actively participate in community activities and projects, fostering a sense of civic responsibility.

We rely on adult volunteers, including leaders and supporters (parent helpers), who guide and support the youth program. In Scouts you have the opportunity for the whole family to be involved. Everyone is Welcome.

Meeting days and times:

Joeys (5 to 8 yr olds) meet Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm

Cub (8 to 11 yr olds) meet Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm

Scouts (11 to 14 yr olds) meet Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm

Venturers (14 to 17 yr olds) meet Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm & a couple of times a term they combine with other Venturers in our District.
